This is a highly competent, very atmospheric, yet still quite simple, puzzle platformer for anyone. That said, I'll definitely be revisiting it in the near future to see what I can get out of the story. It didn't drag on, nor overstay its welcome. There is enough here to be continually new and interesting all the way up to the end, and when I finished the game, I felt completely satisfied with the time spent in it. Limbo is the appropriate length for this type of game. It really is a shining example of how to iterate on a simple idea. Yet with those simple mechanics, the game is still able to create many perplexing and challenging moments through puzzles, and tightly timed platforming.
Because of that extreme simplicity of mechanics, the game is easy to pick up and learn for everyone. However, the story as a whole can also be seen as a metaphor for the search for companionship and getting around in a new environment.
